By submitting work to  John's Darkroom; You agree that you are the copyright holder or have permission from the copyright holder to all of the material sent (photos, video, documents, artwork) . You alone will be responsible for all copyright liability for the material you submit. You will hold John's Darkroom and it's Owner John R. Hermans harmless for all liability for all images, video or audio I digitize when you do not provide copyright releases signed and dated by the copyright holder.
     
      Client warrants that the videotape, film, photos, slides or other media submitted to John's Darkroom for processing is not protected by a third party copyright owner or if protected, the client has obtained permission of such third party copyright holder to make copies. Client also agrees to protect and indemnify John's Darkroom from any costs related to copyright infringement.

      You assume 100% risk and responsibility for using this service; John's Darkroom, will not be liable for loss or damage, including consequential damages. I take precautions to protect your material. The customer acknowledges the risks of physical contact of film, slides, prints and video is inherently encountered during processing. I will not be able to scan/digitize damaged or excessively soiled materials as determined by me.

     Please check your material before sending it to me. I am not responsible or liable for loss or damage during shipping. The cost of all shipping is your responsibility. This order and Terms and Conditions agreement constitutes the entire understanding between John's Darkroom and you. This agreement supersedes all previous agreements in any form.
